Nadia Mukami may have spent half of 2022 on a musical hiatus as she took a maternity break, but that didn't stop her from still making it into the list of biggest musicians in the country.
All it took was for her to drop her comeback song Kai Wangu. And now the song has been named among the top 10 best songs of 2022 by the People Daily. Kai Wangu made the list at number six. The song which is a collaboration with her baby daddy Arrow Bwoy is a beautiful ode to their newborn baby boy.
The news excited Nadia and she shared it with her fans on Instagram saying, "We did it 🔥. Thank you KaNadians". She also promised new music at the turn of the year, "Album next year, God willing ♥️"
Kai's lavish 8-months b'day Singer and popstar Nadia Mukami is set to host her son's 8 months birthday.
The popstar and her husband renown artiste Arrow Bwoy welcomed their son Haseeb Kai in March this year. The couple released a son Kai Wangu which has gatherd over 2M views on Youtube only months after its official video was released.
Nadia and Arrow Boy became parents for the first time, the pre natal and post natal journey was not easy for Nadia. At some point she opened up on battling depression.
Nadia took to her socials to announce that she is hosting a birthday for her son at 8 months, the singer showed off shopping she had gotten for the birhday.
"Shopped for Kai's 8 months birthday." She said. She had earlier posted about how she fights with her son over food.
"After taking uji via world war 3 now tunazima tu." She captioned a photo of Kai sleeping.
The couple was excited to meet their baby and featured him on the Kai Wangu video.

The Radio Love singer became a first time mommy this year when she welcomed her son Haseeb Kai whom she shares with Arrow Bwoy. On the eve of Kai turning 8 months, Nadia has been opening up to her fans in an Instagram Q&A.
When asked about baby number two, Nadia shared that she doesn't want it within the next five years. "Maybe after like 5 years sitaki saa hii! Eh! It's a huge sacrifice."

Since her maternity hiatus earlier in the year, she has managed to release new music including her ode to her son, Kai Wangu. She has also gotten back to live performances and judging the Tusker Nexters talent search show.
