Several weeks back, Kenyan artists came together and started a campaign ‘unlock our country’ hopefully, it would reach President Kenyatta. The entertainment industry, among others that have been seriously hit with the pandemic. The president, however, did not comment on the hashtag.
However, the Deputy President decided to host several artists to develop possible solutions to the matter. Vocal rapper Khaligraph Jones led the artists. The rapper was in the front line to get either the President or his Deputy to hear their cry.
President Uhuru recently lifted the lockdown directive, and Khaligraph can’t seem to shut up about it saying it was all thanks to him.
The visit with the Deputy President didn’t sit well with many. This time, fans claimed that the OG was paid to stop the ‘unlock our country’ campaign.
