Since last week, Professor Hamo has made headlines after his fellow comedian, Jemutai, accused him of being a deadbeat dad. Since then, he has come out to suggest that the allegations were not true. He later deleted the post, reasons best known to him.

In an Interview with Citizen Tv, Hamo revealed little details about his life before joining Churchill show. 

Chances are, the first time you met professor Hamo was in Churchill Show. There is so much to him that many don’t know about.

There is no doubt that Herman Gakobo Kago, AKA Professor Hamo, is one of the most talented comedians that we currently have in the country. 

He is a radio host on Hot 96 alongside Jeff Koinange. He joined the radio station after Jalang’o left to join Milele FM. He is an MC who hosts events now and then. 

The comedian/ radio host was born in 1980 in Nakuru. Out of eight children, Hamo is the fifth born. 

He attended Kenyatta Primary school and later transferred to Nakuru Day. He later joined Kisumu Polytechnic, where he studied electrical engineering but dropped since it wasn’t something he was willing to pursue. 

Professor Hamo is married with two sons. Recently, we came to know about his other two children with fellow comedian Jemutai.
