Deputy President William Ruto has always been for the youth and empowering them in their hustles.
From donating wheelbarrows to giving out financial assistance to many youths, DP alias Hustler has proven to have the interest of youth development at heart.
The DP recently met with Gengetone group Wakali Kwanza for a very special project.
For those in the dark, Wakali Wao are famous for their song Mboka Ni Mboka (Kazi Ni Kazi).
In the spirit of supporting the youth and installing the hustler mentally n them, Ruto agreed to feature in the Mboka Ni Mboka remix, which is set for release soon.
News about the collabo first saw light through State House director of digital communications Dennis Itumbi who shared a short video of the DP bursting moves during the video shoot for the song in his office.
Also present in the video were Wakali Wao members who kept dancing alongside the DP.
Word from the DP’s office intimate that the DP sponsored the entire project.
Ruto’s collabo with Wakali Wao comes just weeks after Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko signed allegiance to Gengetone group Mbogi Genje.
Kelebrity.com earlier reported how the governor met the group and sponsored over ten of their songs and music videos.
The governor also gifted them an expensive laptop apart from promising to set up a multi-million music studio for them.
