The star took to her Instagram stories to share that she is in the stage of interior design whereby she is fitting all the rooms in her house with curtains. Vera took fans on a small tour of her house, showing each room with its custom curtain fabric already fitted.

During the tour, we counted four bedrooms and noted that the house is a double-storey townhouse with an open-plan kitchen.

The house has what appears to be wooden floors and a spacious lounge with a fireplace, which is decorated with red brick. The lounge area has a ceiling-high double window that lights up the room and offers a great view of the yard.

Shots of the ceiling revealed that the house has a lavishly designed light fixture that offers lighting during the nighttime.

Marvelous light fixture.

The kitchen, as earlier mentioned, is open plan and is fully fitted with the latest appliances (like we’d expect). The main attraction though is the kitchen island, it is a huge tiled-out area whereby the star can prepare her meals or serve them to her young growing family with hubby Brown Mauzo.

During the tour, Vera’s young daughter, Asia Brown, made an appearance as the star had to stop to feed her little girl. The bedrooms are spacious, fully furnished, and well-lit.

In one of the videos shared, Vera was having a conversation with the curtain company CEO, who noted that she had herself moved into a house in nearby Karen. So, Vera seems to be living in the posh Nairobi estate or within the environs.

A quick search on BuyRentKenya shows that owning property in the area would drain your account of around Kshs 60-100 Million. Renting in the area is also not for the faint-hearted as it costs from around Kshs 150-250 thousand per month (bora uhai).
