Three years ago, rumours were flying around that Brown and Tanzanian songstress Nandy were dating. This is after many pictures of the two of them appearing online looking very intimate. Queried about the rumours by Willy M Tuva on his Mambo Mseto radio show, Brown confirmed that Nandy was only a good friend who was helping him through a break up.
"Amekuwa mtu mwengine muhimu sana kwangu. Ananipunguza mawazo nikiwa na yeye. Alinipata nikiwa situation tight na alikuwa akniadvise vitu vingi tukizungumza na yeye kila time. Tulikuwa na yeye usiku na mchana."

Brown Mauzo's brief relationship with socialite Amber Ray burned hot and fast as a matchstick. The two dated two years ago before Brown met Vera Sidika. And at the time, he even dedicated on of his songs Would You Love Me to Amber. After the song released, Brown said about his relationship with Amber Ray saying, “Ni ukweli, sio fununu. Wameona watu kwenye social media zetu kuwa tuko pamoja. Ni ukweli.”
Brown Mauzo started his relationship with Akothee as a songwriter and music collaborator. Then with all the time the two were spending together, as with any woman who spends enough time with the boyish Brown Mauzo, Akothee fell for his charms.
"Akothee tumekuwa tuki work naye alipotaka kwanzisha band. Hivyo akanichukua... Alipomaliza maneno ya band, alitaka pia studio, akanunua camera, hivyo basi tukaanza kujuana zaidi," Brown Mauzo said about how his realtionship with Akothee formented.
1. Vera Sidika
Brown Mauzo's relationship with Vera Sidika came as the biggest surprise of all. Back in October 2020, Vera came out of nowhere with the news that she was married to Brown. In an Instagram post, Vera shared a photo of herself in a warm embrace from her then new lover looking all loved and said that she had become Mrs. Mauzo. "I got married to my best friend 😩❤️🥺 I love you so much my Husband @brownmauzo254 😘💍❤️👨👩👧," she wrote.
