Gaudy businesswoman and Ginimbi’s ex-lover Zodwa Mkandla is set to inherit the Domboshava mansion following Ginimbi’s death in a horrific car accident last Sunday morning. Zodwa who is also Zari Hassan’s bestie has already started taking ownership of the mansion.

Zodwa and Ginimbi co-owned the mansion. However, Ginimbi’s wish was that it becomes a tourist resort. Zodwa and Ginimbi were once in a relationship, though, the late Ginimbi and Zodwa never categorically stated their marital status.
A family member spoke of it saying;
He used to say he would want a mausoleum to be built for him such that he will always be remembered by many generations who would visit the hotel
This change of ownership has caused many to question if the two had joint possession of the mansion by virtue of being married, or the two were simply joint owners without marriage. It is not clear what is going to happen to the mansion.

Ginimbi died last weekend after his Rolls Royce was involved in an accident and burst into flames. He was in the company of three friends, Moana, Alichia, and Karim.
He will be laid to rest on Saturday. His funeral will be an all-white occasion, with close friends, family, and a few fans.
