Word on the streets is that Victor Wanyama made good his threat and was suing Xtian Dela and Shakilla for defamation.

“Take notice that the Application dated 6, October 2020 has been fixed for hearing on 10, November 2020 at Milimani Law Courts at 9.00 AM. in the forenoon or soon thereafter in the High Court at Nairobi,”
reads the notice that has been making rounds on social media.

Shakilla however denies that she has been sued by Wanyama.
“It’s a hoax,” the teenage socialite told the Nairobi Gossip Club blog.

“I received the PDF a few days ago on my Whatsapp from a person by the name Amos Mutambu who claimed was an authorized court server. I didn’t reply back and instead called my lawyer and contacted the number which was off,”
she stated.

The teenage sensation claimed that they traced the number back to an electronic shop.

“We went to Milimani law courts on 11th and told that the document didn’t come from their premises. I was again sent the same PDF to my email which is on my Instagram bio. Also, when you go through the PDF it's full of mistakes of names, the statement, the people involved in the case. The location stated turned out to be an electronic retail shop. Amos is being looked for by the police for impersonating the government and law,” Shakilla revealed.
